Orders placed through the buy buttons here are fulfilled and shipped by our retail partner. Standard delivery within the continental United States usually lands in 2–5 business days, and Prime-eligible listings often move faster.

Pillows ship compressed in a vacuum bag — they arrive looking far smaller than ordered. Unpack, fluff, and give them a day or two to reach full loft before judging them.

Seat cushions ship in a box at full size and are ready to use immediately. If a carton arrives visibly crushed, photograph it before opening; it makes any claim straightforward.

Tracking is issued by the partner at dispatch and appears on your order page. We have no earlier or separate tracking than what shows there.
