Warranty

Xtreme Comforts products are covered against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery: seams that open, zips that fail, covers that tear under normal use, and foam that takes a permanent set well before it should.

Normal compression is not a defect. All foam softens gradually over years of use; what the warranty covers is foam that collapses early or unevenly, which points at a density problem rather than wear.

Not covered: damage from soaking the cushion foam, high-heat drying, outdoor use, or pets. The care rules are short and they are on the care guide.
